Where our model disagrees with the draft market. Sleepers are players we value well above their draft cost, backed by a rising role, positive-regression luck, or a soft schedule. Fades are players going near the top whose underlying signals — unsustainable scoring, a shrinking role, or availability risk — flag downside at that price. Skill positions only; our model is production-based, so it won't catch rookie breakouts — treat this as one input, not gospel.
